혈압약등 근처 타원에서 복용하는 분으로 검사위해 내원
5개의 용종이 있어 4개는 절제술로 제거하고 하나는 겸자로 제거함
게실은 관찰되지 않음
제일 큰 것은 11 mm에 해당
얕게 잡혀서 모자처럼 절제되어 다시 넓게 올가미로 잡아서 단면에 잔여병변이 없게 절재함
