그리고, 주변으로 발적성 평편 병변
결절과 평편병변 부위에서 조직검사

A, B. Esophagus, 31-33cm from incisor (#A), #A 옆 (#B), endoscopic biopsy
;- Atypical squamous cells proliferation with high grade dysplasiaand marked necrosis (see note)
- Some fungal organisms, consistent with esophageal candidiasis
[ NOTE ]* This may be associated with well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma but not diagnostic with this biopsy material. Multiple and deeper biopsy is needed for confirmative diagnosis.
