5일간... 오한/근육통이 지속되어
해열제를 간격을 두고 계속 복용

양측 이빨 주변, 경구계 (hard palate) 주변으로 ...
처음엔 염증성 삼출물? 처럼 보았으나 작은 궤양이 합쳐진 모양이고 궤양의 기저부가 하얗게 보이는 것이다.
주로 보이는 입술부위의 헤르페스와는 다른 양상이고 거의 본적은 없으나 구강헤르페스로 생각되는데...
valacyclovir를 처방하는데 급여기준은 단 하루.... 하루 처방만으로 좋아질것인가? 3일뒤 추적하기로 하였다.. 반복 처방할지 결정
dur통해 진통제등 중복처방있어 물어보니 내원 전일 타원 진료, 입안은 관찰하지 않고 항생제 처방했다고 하며...............
You need to think about the fact that the patient might be immune compromised. 면역저하자인지 평가가 필요할 것인가? This is a patient that was undergoing chemotherapy for carcinoma and their immune system was compromised. Then they had recurrent herpes on moveable mucosa (움직이는 점막.. 연구개로 해석? soft palate...) which is not seen in a normal, immunocompetent person. 연구개의 병변은 면역 정상인에서 보이지 않는다.

처음 보는 모습이지만 위와 같이 보았고 구강내 헤르페스에 대해서는 적절한 자료가 많이 않았다.
최초 감염시 있을 수 있는 아래와는 다른 상황이다.
